Club Hockey: Season On The Line

A late goal in the second period has given Iowa St. a 4-3 lead over the Seawolves heading into the final period of play. Stony Brook pulled off the upset last night, winning by a score of 5-3.

No one can really guess how the final coaches poll will turn out, but a second win against a Top-5 Iowa St. team would go a long way towards moving the Seawolves up from #18 to the 16th and final spot.

If they don't make it to nationals, the opening five game stretch and last Saturdays loss to D-II William Paterson will undoubtedly be the reasons why.
